Ringfeder TNR 2428.1 is a single-row torsional highflex coupling designed for shaft-to-shaft connections. Engineered for easy maintenance, it allows elastic elements to be replaced without axial movement or disassembly of the connected machinery, reducing downtime and simplifying servicing.
Developed primarily for internal combustion engine applications, the TNR 2428.1 effectively controls torsional vibrations caused by fluctuating loads and varying operating speeds. Dynamic stiffness can be precisely adjusted through the selection of elastomer buffer elements, enabling optimal tuning of the drivetrain and reducing the impact of resonance.
Its compact plug-in design allows installation in confined spaces, while the modular construction provides flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications. The coupling can also be configured as a puncture-proof solution through simple modifications, offering enhanced operational security where required.
