Ringfeder Torsional Highflex Couplings TNR 2424.2
TNR 2424.2 double-row coupling offers high torque, stiffness control and vibration damping.
Ringfeder TNR 2424.2 is a double-row torsional highflex coupling designed for flange-to-shaft connections, with flange dimensions according to SAE J 620 d. It is engineered for internal combustion engine applications where high dynamic loads, wide speed ranges and torsional vibrations must be effectively controlled.
The double-row design provides increased torque capacity and enhanced tuning capability compared to single-row versions, making it ideal for more demanding drivetrain conditions. Dynamic stiffness can be precisely adjusted through the selection and combination of elastomer buffer elements, allowing resonance shifting and improved system stability.
A key feature of the TNR 2424.2 is its maintenance-friendly construction, enabling easy replacement of elastic buffers without axial movement or disassembly of the connected machines. Its compact plug-in design also makes it suitable for installations where space is restricted.
The coupling can be configured as puncture-proof through simple modifications and operates reliably across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for harsh and variable environments.
