Zexus HE Heavy-Duty Roller Chain

Manufactured with thicker side plates to ensure greater capacity for absorbing shock loads. These are mainly used for applications where stronger chains are required.

Zexus Double Capacity Chain

Zexus (Senqcia/Hitachi) Double Capacity Chains consist of twice the number of side plates as a single strand chain, therefore it’s working load is close to standard double strand chain.

Zexus NEO-SBR Chain

The NEO-SBR Prime Series heavy-duty drill rig pull down chain.

Steel bushed roller (SBR) chains are manufactured with heat treated rollers, hardened bushings and pins, and steel sidebars. The roller type construction provides a lower operating friction which helps increase chain life.

Oil Field Chain

Oil Field Chains are used in a very specific application in the offshore industry. They can be characterised by extremely narrow tolerances and strong fatigue strength. Typically used in multi-row chain strands of up to a dozen pieces.
