DEOX R555 All Purpose Lanolin Wool Grease is a thick and tacky superior corrosion preventative with a multitude of features ranging from lubrication to oxidation resistance. It protects metals, plastics, and painted surfaces from humidity and moisture intrusion, mild chemical assaults, and salt spray deposits, creating a long term non-toxic barrier which remains in place for years under most conditions – incl. under water where it is safe for aquatic life. R555 is a fantastic surface barrier for items in long-term storage.

As a natural, non-conductive lubricant free of solvents and chemicals, R555 can be used as a dielectric grease, protecting electrical connections and battery terminals. It also protects moving components from seizing, binding, and freezing, and reduces wear. It can be used to lubricate nuts and bolts, gears and levers, locks and hinges, and door runners, and is safe for use in hydraulic and pneumatic tools. As a biodegradable grease, R555 is suitable for farming and landscaping to lubricate and protect machinery and blades from the elements, without harming plant life.
