Plain Bored Sprockets
Plain bores are ideal as they provide more options for mounting a sprocket, this is due to its ability to be increased in diameter in the bore.
The term “plain bored” sprocket is associated with A, B and C style sprockets. There is no special machining performed to accommodate keyways or set screws, only to accommodate the shaft diameter. However plain bore sprockets typically need additional machining before installation. We supply the full range of plain bored sprockets which we can also customise to your specific requirements.
