Neri Motori T Series IE1 motors three-phase induction motors are designed for general industrial use where transmission of movement in alternating current is required. They are built to IEC standards and supplied in multiple frame sizes and mounting formats to suit a wide range of machinery and equipment.​

Function and application

• Three-phase asynchronous induction motors for fixed-speed or inverter-supplied applications in industrial environments.​
• Suitable for pumps, fans, conveyors, gearmotor assemblies and other equipment requiring continuous duty operation.​

Electrical characteristics

• Efficiency class IE1 according to international efficiency classifications for low-voltage motors.​
• Power range approximately from 0.03 kW up to 18.5 kW, depending on frame size and pole configuration.​
• Common supply configuration 400 V three-phase, 50 Hz, with available windings in line with IEC low-voltage motor practice.​

Mechanical design

• Frame sizes typically from IEC 50 to 160, with larger sizes available on request in the T series range.​
• Mounting options include foot-mounted (B3) and flange-mounted variants (B5, B14), with other standard IEC configurations available.​
• Aluminium housings are used for smaller frame sizes, with cast iron available on larger frames depending on configuration.​

Protection, cooling and insulation

• Standard protection degree IP55 for the motor housing, suitable for typical industrial dust and water exposure within this rating.​
• Cooling by external fan with IC411 configuration as defined in IEC 60034-6.​
• Standard insulation class F, with design consistent with IEC 60034-1 requirements.​

Performance options

• Available in 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-pole versions to provide different synchronous speeds at 50 Hz.​
• Configurations and options within the T series include different efficiencies (IE1–IE3), but “T Series IE1” refers specifically to motors supplied in the IE1 efficiency variant.​
