NMTG Internal Freewheel One-Way Clutches (Sprag Type) N200
NMTG N200 Series freewheels are robust sprag-type one-way clutches designed for reliable overrunning, backstopping and indexing in heavy-duty industrial drive systems.
Features
- Bore range: up to 79.3mm
- Nom. Transmitting Torque: 1400Nm
- shaft mounted and supplied pre-lubricated with special purpose grease
- The shaft must be supported by two bearings for proper operation
- It is particularly suited to gear units and other equipment requiring precise concentricity between the shaft and housing
- The shaft must be carburised to an effective case depth of 1.2–1.5 mm and ground accordingly
- Surface hardness should be 60 HRC with a surface finish of Ra 0.3–0.5 μm, and taper must not exceed 8 μm per 25.4 mm
- Shaft and housing concentricity must be maintained within 0.05 mm TIR using appropriate bearing support.
