Internal Sales Coordinator/ Area Manager (NSW)

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator & Area Manager (two positions) to join our NSW team.

Personality and aptitude are our main requirements. Mechanical / technical ability with an eye for detail is preferred.

Full training will be provided, however, experience in a related position with Power Transmission is essential.

These are challenging and rewarding roles, which encourage staff to grow.

Internal Sales Coordinator – Duties & responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming calls and new customer enquiries
  • Preparing quotations
  • Processing orders and invoicing
  • Maintaining our customer CRM
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Ordering stock
  • Internal sales
  • Implementing warehouse systems and procedures

Area manager – Duties & responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming calls and new customer enquiries
  • Preparing quotations
  • Establish new customers
  • External sales calls
  • Call planning and reporting
  • Maintaining our customer CRM
  • Assist with project management
  • Account and relationship management
  • Organising customer marketing directives in consultation with the Marketing Manager
