TransDrive Locking Assemblies

TransDrive Locking Assemblies deliver strong keyless shaft connections with zero backlash, ensuring reliable torque transmission and easy installation.

TransDrive Locking Assemblies provide a fast and reliable method for creating strong shaft-to-hub connections without the need for keys. Also known as self-locking units, these assemblies are designed for industrial applications that require dependable torque transmission and resistance to thrust, bending and radial loads.

By converting the clamping force from the locking screws into radial contact pressure, the assembly creates a secure zero-backlash interference fit between the shaft and the mounted component. This ensures a firm, wear-resistant connection that remains stable even under high-cycle, fluctuating, or reversing loads.

When the locking screws are tightened, the internal plates expand to grip both the shaft and the bore of the mounted component. This evenly distributes pressure across the contact surfaces, producing a uniform and highly secure fit while eliminating the need for keyways or grub screws.

Designed for long-term reliability and minimal maintenance, TransDrive Locking Assemblies offer a durable and precise alternative to traditional shaft mounting methods across a wide range of demanding industrial applications.
